1. Services

CalendarFlow provides lead generation, marketing automation, AI receptionist, and consulting services for home service businesses. Service specifics are outlined in individual agreements.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. All fees are due as outlined in your contract unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Limitation of Liability

CalendarFlow provides marketing services on a best-effort basis. While we strive for results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
